Safety features on the 2007 Honda CR-V are standard across the three trim
levels, and include front, and front-side airbags which detect the presence or
absence of a shotgun passenger, as well as side-curtain airbags for head
protection, and a rollover sensor. In addition, there are side-impact door
beams, three-point safety belts for the driver and all passengers, anti-lock
brakes, and a skid prevention system, as well as daytime running lights.
Each trim level is available as 2- or 4-wheel drive, and all sport an in-line
4-cylinder 166 horsepower engine. Likewise, all trim levels come with a 5-speed
automatic transmission. Standard exterior features include timed front and rear
windshield wipers, remote entry, tinted glass, and power side windows.
The CR-V's standard interior features include environmental cooler, power
windows and door locks, throttle control, and an adjustable steering column.
Comfort features extend to include a total of eight cup holders, upper and lower
glove compartments, under-seat and side-pocket storage bins, and at least two
power outlets (three in the highest trim level). As well, mp3-compatible cd
players, and mp3 player jacks are standard across all trims.
Combine all these features with estimated mileage of 22 mpg (city) and 28
(highway), and an MSRP that starts at just $20,600, and you've got the 2007
Honda CR-V, a sporty SUV suitable for almost any buyer.
